The Cottage
Originally the Vieille Conciergerie, this charming cottage once housed the estate’s caretakers, with the last concierge and his family living here from 1886 to 1941.
Now fully restored, it retains many original features while offering modern comfort across 160m² of living space. The cottage accommodates up to three couples, or two couples and two children, with two large bedrooms and one medium-sized bedroom.
The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining and sitting areas, and a private outdoor seating area. Guests also enjoy access to the shared pool, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends.
The main bedroom
The open-plan bedroom spans the entire first floor, with a kingsize bed, luxurious bath, wardrobe, dressing table, comfortable chairs, and a relaxing seating area.
Light floods in from multiiple windows , offering views of the garden and pool.
It has a sunny, spacious feel, it’s a peaceful and inviting place to unwind.
The medium bedroom
A comfortable single bedroom or small double. Contains dresser, open fireplace, polished wood floors.
The loft bedroom
The converted loft offers 45m² of bright, open space, featuring a king-size bed at each end, along with a wardrobe and dressing table.
Accessed via stairs from the dining area below, it’s an ideal hideaway for children or a group of friends.
With its exposed beams and tucked-away feel, it offers a sense of privacy and separation from the other bedrooms.
The sitting room
The 30m² sitting room on the ground floor is bright and welcoming, with garden and countryside views that bring the outside in.
It features comfortable couches, a dining table, and a large stone fireplace with a wood burner for cosy evenings.

The Kitchen
It’s fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, wine fridge, dish washer, kettle, toaster, plunger coffee, and all the essential utensils for preparing meals.
Bright and functional, it’s ideal for both quick breakfasts and leisurely dinners.

The bathroom
The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, towel heater, all neatly arranged for convenience and comfort.
Simple and functional, it provides everything you need after a day of exploring or relaxing by the pool.
The Garden & Swimming Pool
There is a paved area outside the cottage entrance, with an outdoor table and seating for 6 people.
A dedicated BBQ area makes it perfect for relaxed outdoor meals, and the space feels peaceful and private.
There’s also direct access to the swimming pool, which may be shared with guests from our other gîte.
